Founded in 2007 and based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Physician’s Rejuvenation Center helps men and women restore balance, energy, and overall well-being through personalized hormone and wellness care.

Our experienced medical team specializes in hormone replacement therapy and preventive, anti-aging medicine. Every patient receives an individualized treatment plan based on lab work, medical history, and health goals, along with support from a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator.
